  Ripper service as always. Dennis down there does everything to get the deal done for both parties and pushes to deliver as promised after deposit taken. Communicates constantly to provide good service in a timely manner.
  Highly recommend going on down to see What westpoint have to offer.

  I recent purchased a used vehicle online from Westpoint Ford and had an issue with the car when it arrived in NSW. Ian the Sales Manager contacted me and quickly offered assistance to sort out the problem. Sales is all about communication even in difficult covert times and I thank him for resolving the issue to make the purchase experience a pleasant one. Thanks for your assistance and customer service.

  Have to congratulate the team at Westpoint Ford for such great service in the current difficult times. Thanks to Hanh for the prompt and professional service relating to finance. Huge thanks to Dennis, delivering and presenting a car as promised almost 80km from the yard. Thanks again Dennis, would happily recommend and buy a car from you again!

  Tried 3 times over 8 days to get 2 genuine parts via chat room. Prepping vehicle for compliance in NZ. After constantly repeating myself, eventually understood my request assuring me someone will "be in touch with you within 24 hours."
  About 200 hours later, no response! No time to fix now so will walk up to a parts counter over there and talk to an actual person.
  I'm sure that if I was asking about buying a $60,000 Ranger they would be all over me.
  Ironically I will be buying one over there anyway.
  BAD SERVICE.

  Words cannot express how satisfied I am with the service I received from Westpoint Ford. Sam (who took care of me and my car) was hands down the best! He actually went above and beyond my expectations and showed me that good people still exist. Thanks so much Sam and the family at Westpoint Ford. You guys are the best!!
