  Do not use this company. Absolutely rubbish
  
  I've been considering writing a review, being my first negative for any company - today was the final straw.
  
  Service was absolutely horrible.
  2 agreed upon days were missed for our pick up of items.
  When they did turn up they were late.
  
  When goods were received at the other end.
  Stainless steel fridge was dinted
  Air compressor had been broken and literally glued and sticky taped back together
  2 $1000 bicycles had buckled wheel and had been beaten up
  Brand new washing machine had cracked lid
  Brand new microwave had been dinted
  
  Damaged items far outweighed cost of the service - by a bloody lot.
  
  It took a dozen phone calls and a few ignored emails to finally have any type of compensation offered as I had been requesting a refund for the horrible service.
  They insultingly offered half as if it was a bartering service when all this stuff had been damaged.
  Finally they offered 95% back instead of full.
  
  Today though - I was informed by our bike mechanic that parts had been loosened and moved at some point between moving. This has now caused another couple of hundred in damage to the crank and gear set.
  
  They were pretty cheap, in hindsight I'd definitely prefer to spend another 100-200 bucks to get good service and not have everything broken after a stressful move.
